ROM Hack NEED HELP FOR NOOB {ISOHacking/want to translate Diabolik Lovers

Hi,
I really want to translate Diabolik Lovers Haunted Dark Bride on the PSP but have no idea where to start. I have the translations but I want to insert them into the game. If you could provide a tutorial or just the basics of table editing that would be greatly appreciated.
