Homebrew Need info about usb loader gx

Can i use a wii-u formatted usb, to witch has some games downloaded, can i use that same one for usb loader?

No to your question.

use a single external hard drive with a Y cable for a better connection with the Wii U and format it in Wii U format, and you can put Wii U and Wii games on it (WiiVC Injector Script (GC/Wii/Homebrew Support) on this same disk.

or use a hard drive in Wii U format and another hard drive in FAT32 format to put Wii and Gamecube games on it.

In my opinion the choice is quickly found.
