And they cant keep up with Nintendos releases. At some point you are stuck with a system that might not be able to go online, or play the most current games, and that is DRM protected by a company named TX...
And then TX "vanishes" at which point you have a Switch TX, son.
(And better hope, that you can at least restore an original nand backup.)

You might have a point - distributing Nintendo Switch Firmware - modified, and DRMed, with every new update N releases, for profit, as a company, longterm - seemed -- impossible at first and second glance...
I would. I bought couple of flash cards and its pretty well known for people that wanted to try ntrboot.
it is listed on here, by a few people who have gotten things from them. That's how I found them.

I only watch tv when i goto bed, it puts me to sleep, and I have a nas drive filled w my fav shows so i can watch them in order, commercial free. I usually watch Married w Children, or South Park

I stream from Nas to firestick, one on every tv, and use Kodi. I'm happy w it, plays everything. (I pirate/torrent shows/movies on pc, and put on nas)

I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
