I can't download themes and when I download the preview pack, nothing shows up.

move your /apps/nintendont folder from usb to sd or vice versa
tell me if this fixes your issue

Using usb to load gamecube isos.Sd card for apps and USB loader GX. I'm using the latest version of the master mod. Nothing is downloaded when the directory is checked after a theme is downloaded. The previews just downloads folders that are named with the styles of themes and contain nothing.

looks like Nintendont has an issue writing files to your device

to make sure: you have mastermod in sd:/apps/Nintendont/boot.dol, not as a loader.dol elsewhere?
can you update mastermod from within the app, can you download titles.txt from extras menu?

you can test previews by manually downloading this file

extract it to /apps/Nintendont/

I just want you to test theme download using this version

if all works well then you have issues with new FatFS introduced in v4.406

P.S> you can update mastermod to latest version after downloading all your themes and the preview stuff should work just fine

I'm able to download other versions of Nintendont and the Mastermod. The bios and the custom game loaders also download. I have not found anything named loader.dol in the Nintendont folder. It seems the previews and the themes are the ones I have a problem with.

did previews work after extracting the file I linked above (using 4.421 aka latest)?

tell me the names of "PNG" images in your /apps/nintendont folder?

and a last Q, are you using HBC to launch mastermod or USBLGX>Pressing B?

P.S> loader.dol should not be there I was just making sure

This means the dark nintendont theme downloaded successfully and should appear when the app is launched

I cant explain why some stuff downloading fine while other didn't work! they all use the same code to download and extract...

I would only recommend trying a new Sd or USB pen drive if available

Maybe your device need to be checked for errors too

Alright. Also this isn't a mastermod problem but when I shutdown mastermod after I launched a game via USBGX (By pressing a button combo or pressing the home button.) the Wii freezes and I have to shutdown the Wii. How can I fix this?

idk which controller you are using, I use nunchuck and press 1+2 to go back to loader with no issues here
bees are on the ok list already

I'm using the gamecube controller. It's weird that it just freezes like that no matter what controller I'm using. I'm going to bed because I've haven't gotten any sleep at all.

I'm getting so fucking mad right now. Settings won't save, USBGX keeps messing up Nintendont, themes won't download,FFS I'm going to give up on this damn thing because nothing is fucking working.

>Run GC game via USB Loader GX (Nintendont support in r1256)
>Stock theme loads
>Homebrew Channel shows Nintendont MasterMod replaced by stock Nintendont

Basically, opening a GC game with Nintendont via USB Loader GX causes the MasterMod to be disabled completely.

I don't use USBL-GX
I do my testings using Wiiflow mastermod

I'll test GX tonight to see what's messing things up for you

just tested usbl-gx v1260 with /apps/usbloader_gx/boot.dol on same device as /apps/nintendont/boot.dol
selecting "Nintendont" as GC loader in GX settings ... All themes worked as they should
my guess, you are using mios to launch gc games via GX since Nintendont is NOT the default GC loader

just double check guys and tell me if all works fine for you too
