Your problem sounds very similar to this:


Resetting the chip and having it train again may do the job for you.

All is well good sir now good sir, thank you for the response. Was very awkward not gonna lie, maybe i copied something over wrong, or it got corrupted in the process. I should've made clearer that after recopying over all the files, the switch worked as intended ( or chip?)

I am unsure what you mean by "reverting back". I tested it myself and it does indeed update it and works as intended.
I just saw the thread you mentioned and i dumped sdloader.enc after i did several reboots today, it looks the exact same as the one you flash from hwfly_toolbox so i'm unsure what process that user went through.
sdloader.enc flashes correctly and doesn't get rewrote, at least that's what my chip does.
