Homebrew PCalc-USUM - The RNG Plugin for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon

I really wish I were smart enough to figure this stuff out. I've followed the guides to the letter and it just doesn't work. I guess I'll just have to settle for endless hours of soft resetting and Sync fails.

EDIT: By "this stuff" I mean stationary/wild abuse specifically. For some reason I don't seem to have a problem RNG abusing events and gifts.

How in the world are you supposed to do this with the wormholes? There is no overworld model to walk up to and the "sweet spot" to start the encounter is hardly easy to find without advancing too many frames to hit the seed. Since they activate once you get close enough to their shadow would I have to RNG them as wild encounters instead?

I Have Figured out that i must 322 Fames before Target the right Frame click on Bag to hit the right Frame. Is it Normal?

For example

My Goal Frame is 2000 i Must Hit the A Button on Bag at 1678 Frame
Is This Normal?

One thing to check is that you're using the latest 3DSRNGTool, have "Ultra Sun" or "Ultra Moon" as your target game, as well as have typed the correct initial seed into 3DSRNGTool.

Instead of pressing "A" to activate the RNG, consider pressing "A" to unpause the game while also holding "Up" to move your character to the encounter location.

I got it to work. The discord group helped me. My 3ds was showing 8NPC count and thats what was throwing me off

Troubleshooting

• My console is updated, but the plugin doesn't load!
  • Please Update NTR by holding X while launching BootNTR Selector
    • O3DS and 2DS Users: Make sure to install BootNTR Selector and BootNTR Selector Mode 3
    • O3DS and 2DS Users: Update BOTH versions of BootNTR Selector.
  • Make sure to update Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon to the latest versions

To install, make sure you have NTR, download the zip below, and extract the "plugin" folder to the root of your sd card. Merge any folders it asks for.

I thought so at first too, but when you're not searching for a specific pokemon it's actually a lot of fun Lol.

Waiting 10 1/2 hours for this, I realize I need a dedicated game for PID Egg breeding while the others get shiny charms. If it's the same as SM, the PID egg RNG method is quicker than relying on Masuda method and the shiny charm. Still, worth the wait.

I was about to ask this in the Discord server but Discord is kinda having a mental breakdown right now.
Alright I wanted to RNG the Rockruff that evolves into the Dusk form everything seems fine but according to the RNGtool there should be 4 NPCs in the area but according to the plugin there's 5
