@rehius I’d add myself to the “can’t boot OFW with 2.6” crowd.

I can boot sysemmc, emummc, but not reboot to OFW. Be that from hekate or +- in sdloader.

If I try OFW, the screen goes blank. Sometimes the round N logo shows before blanking, sometimes not.

Then I have to press power for ~10s. On power on sometimes picofly does emmc write (white led), sometimes doesn’t. Afterwards boots up to hekate like a champ.

Once the following screen showed up:

D52C0B2A-3355-40E2-A3FC-F1A673BD018F.jpeg

After progressing to 100%, it blanked out again.

Basic info:
- v2, 14.x firmware, Toshiba emmc
- wave share pi zero

put 2.5 on pico, boot it and then upgrade to 2.6

2040 swit ch life installation does not work, there is no response, and it is still the same after disassembling. The hwfly chip works normally when installed. Does anyone know the reason

That is why it's alpha, once everything is fixed I post a new version.

fixing this right now, software update related thing.
I’m not moaning; I’m alpha-testing. :-)

If you later on have a version you want me to flash on the current setup, happy to.

Bonus if it’s flashable via hekate, but no biggie if it isn’t.

I am getting some odd behavior on my V2..

Install seems to work fine on fw 2.6, loaded latests HATs pack onto SD card

Booted in Hekate back up boot0/1, keys, nand

1. I can't boot into OFW, after nintendo screen it goes to what into some loading screen for 5-10 seconds then reboots
2. If I launch into CFW using EMUMMC I can't log into wifi
3. If I launch into CFW using SYSNAND wifi works fine

Card is 64gb fat32, EMUMMC is partition, sys fw is 16

When I disconnected the rp2040 the system boots fine.

I have similar behavior when I try to launch OFW, my bar does not progress at all before rebooting.

Other odd thing that happens is wifi doesn't work in CFW in emummc but works fine in sysnand . Does that happen to you? Could it be related to the picofly?

maybe the unplugged joycons in emunand don't work for you? follow this guide
At the moment even if you remove the chip the system will not start.
Clean the chip with the nuke file and put the 2.5 version, start the switch and check that everything is ok. then upgrade to 2.6.

Can anyone please help me with this? I think I succesfully fixed any bridge, but I need to understand if the 3v3 capacitor is still well connected to the pcb. Is there a point where I can test continuity to?
make a good quality picture where we see if bridges are gone or not , if they are gone then u can see if it boots or not

Your iron is not to hot, that is why it did that.Try remping up the heat and use flux a good one and check with multimetter for shorted cap.if there is none then you can power on the switch to see if it works.
