Well yes of course, everything hints to it.
Besides Kyurem and his hidden moves, theres also lots of stuff they could do,
-the usual upgrades, gym rematches, battle subway 2.0
-more triple battles
-explain the relation between white forest and black city or something interesting about that
-a safari-zone would be nice somewhere

Surely the third one will be superior in every way, but it may take a while.
So it depends.
If you haven't seen all the new pokemon already, you could get B/W and play it not nothing what you will encounter next or wonder what type this thing is. By the time the third one comes out, it's more likely you will get to see all the new pokes, especially when everyone will stop trying not to spoil anything anymore.

Not just does it not make any sense at all for them to do that, it's so obvious there will be one that they should not need to say anything at all. Hence why Masuda was surprised people heard something stupid like that and believed it.

Better yet, there's ways to get around by vehicle in Grey, like the cars you see! or they release it as a 3DS game and then we're in business!

Well it was a status update on a page called Isshu Region-Pokemon Black And White(Facebook),the update was:

"This just in, Game freak are working on a NEW game ...and before everyone squeels in delight, it's not a pokemon game lol. Should be interesting to see what they come up with"

3DS is too much. It's most likely to be a DSi exclusive, instead.
