Is there a way to increase spawn rate? I know most sandwiches increase X type, but i mean in general, instead of (random number) 10 spawn in certain area, spawn 30 at the same area

There is a mod for that called Increased Poke Population. Which supposedly causes performance issues on the Switch.
(BTW, the default is 15 spawns at a time.)

Every group of digits in a code always has 8 digits. No more, no less.

Also, the ID for Sweet Herba Mystica, in hex (the way codes use it), is 770. 770 x 2 = EE0. Go find an hex-capable calculator (like the Windows 10 one when set to Programmer mode) if you don't know how to multiply numbers in hexadecimal notation.
