So I have a question I used the .CIA earlier today for ultra moon and got it all fine and what not so I decided to uninstall so I could buy the game still (don't ask I'm weird) but now I no longer have the ability to prepurchase it from the eShop and the CIA now only installs the preload not the full game. How can I make it so I can prepurchase through the eShop still?

In brotherhood it seemed more direct. Like there was a "god of alchemy that" one met. And it liked humbling people -
