Did you forget that you posted in this thread and also somehow miss that someone already replied to you?

Also, if you're referring to Pokemon Rumble World, it would be much easier to edit your save and give yourself all the gems you need.

I personally would have like to see a good mp3/flac player which can scrobble music to last.fm and a GBA emulator would be pretty cool too so I don't have to buy a flashcard for my SP.

Unfortunately, that's not how porting works. You can't just take any game on the market and put it on another platform. You need the building blocks for a game (the source code) to port it, which is very rarely available publicly.
Neither of those games are open source.

Yeah I know lol, just have seen so many of these requests and thought they were funny so decided to play along. And I have a Switch

It’s pretty cool how many games have gotten ported to the 3DS though. I think someone was trying for a Cuphead Wii U port. There’s also a recreation of the very beginning of it on Vita through Unity. Wonder how feasible it’d be on 3DS. Probably more trouble than it’s worth though

It wouldn’t work on DS games or AGB firm, sure, but it’d probably still be much more consistent than NTR CFW

That's the Switch style recording of the past 30 seconds. What I'm asking for is the ability to record constantly in the background like a built in capture card. Seems like it should be possible given the existence of this, but who knows

I would say that shows the ultimate limitations of what the 3DS can do and that it's not reasonable to expect more. This is one of those cases where if it was feasible to do more than that, someone would have done it by now.

I speculate that the main limitation is the speed with which the 3DS can write to the SD card.

kinda dumb but I really wish I could remove unused icons on the 3ds like I can on the Wii (I remove the weather and news channels without any issues, just shop is kept because it can cause some issues if removed) and PS3 (i hate all those streaming apps included) to make it cleaner and more useful. The main one is Nintendo Zone which you can remove, but if the console is connected to the internet it will be restored. I dont like the Miiverse icon either, I liked it on the Wii U but I dont think alternatives will get the same activity traction as the official so I rather remove the icon entirely.

At least the Health and Safety icon is useful bc it can be replaced with Homebrew Channel without Nintendo restoring it automatically like it does with Nintendo Zone. Nintendo never bothered to actually remove icons with updates for some strange reason (the only one who they did remove was TVii on the Wii U and that is it)

Just create a folder and stuff them inside.

I believe you can remove the Miiverse icon by editing your Home menu, but that's very risky.

I don't think you know what those words mean? Generally when people refer to "decompiling", they're talking about reverse-engineering a program to arrive at equivalent source code. (A "disassembly" is similar, but in that case the product is assembly language with useful notations.)

That's generally called "cracking". That has nothing to do with "decompiling".
