Same here, but the actual website (https://www.ps2-home.com/forum/app.php/portal) loads fine.

Seems like traffic from your region is being filtered. The site admins may have to contact Cloudflare, or your ISP may be blocking the site; hard to know which it is. Have you tried to see if the site loads for you with a vpn?
