I got my PSTV recently, and I have some questions. can you guys help me?

Is there a way to power on the console using the controller (like on PS3)?

Why is there no showrtcut fo wireless (On/Off) on quick menu (like on vita)? Are there some plugins to solve this problem?

About video output resolution, I noticed 1080i looks a little better on my TV (43"), but cause the PS1 games problem. Is there a fix? 1080i really can cause framarate issues and input lag at some point?

Thank you all!

Use the "Power" button on the LiveArea or it's shortcut in the Quick Menu (hold the "PlayStation" button for a bit).

It's hidden on the PS Vita TV because Bluetooth counts as wireless too and wouldn't let one use a Wireless controller if idsabled.

For the video output problems, you can try using the sharpscale plugin (note that Adrenaline can have a frame pacing/stutter issue as is if you are using it).

- power on with controller is not working
- there is a wireless showrtcut
- PSX over PSTV working over adrenalin, fix over adrenalin settings. no plugin needed (sharpscale has nothing to do with it)

Where's the wifi shortcut? It doesn't show for me.
How to fix the PS1 problem on adrenaline?

PSTV Adrenaline PSX EBoot Resolution FIX :

- hold the home button on your PS3 controller to enter the adrenaline menu
- go on settings with L1 / R1
- SCREEN SCALE X PS1 / SCREEN SCALE Y PS1 , change it to your TV Screen

Use screen scale to FIX your PS1 games on your PSTV in 1080i.
Do it only before you use any PSX Eboot !
And it only works when you change the Graphics Filter from Original to Bilinear.

Works perfect for me.

(wifi shortcut depends on the version what are you use ? what ever I dont need it)

Everything has a version. Your firmware or your Adrenaline version or your plugins or what ever. Combine all of this make it difficulty to give a correct answer.
I am working currently with Adrenaline v.7 the latest version.

btw: use Bilinear only for PSX games. not for PSP games.
And Pro Tip : make a backup of your Adrenaline Folder ! Its instable and sometimes it dont work anymore, so just use backup in case and install quick again.

Can not help with your wireless symbol. You mean in Adrenaline wireless or in the VITA home menu wireless ? For what do you need it ?

I need on PSTV home menu (when you press and hold PS buttom). I like to activate wireless only when I really need it. When gaming, I would turn it off. Less power consuming and etc. My house has a limited signal for wireless, so deactivating the wireless helps the other acess points too.

- the wifi logo should be in the Vita menu the up left corner
- you can deactivate or activate internet over the vita settings menu everytime
- you can also use a internet cable for PSTV
- no plugins needed

Yeah, I know the vita has the wifi logo and shortcut. But on pstv there is no shortcut for wireless, only can be deactivated via settings menu (in my case). With the shortcut, we can enable/disable the wireless ingame, without acessing system settings (closes the running game).

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
