Homebrew Question about Region Lock on Ironhax

Simple and dumb question.

I possess a N3DS NA with my NA account.

Exemple I buy a game EU and ship it to NA to play it with Ironhax

1) Can I play online with it
2) If question #1 is yes will i be with NA or EU people?
3) Can I get game updates if there's some?

Anything else important to know?

I believe so.

I'm not so sure. If you're using a NA console, it will just connect to NA eShop. So you'll just be able to download NA region updates for games. If the game is from a different region, the updates won't work and it will continue to say the game needs to be updated.
And since you're not on exploitable firmware, you can't even install it in different way. So unless there's a way to spoof eShop region that I'm not aware, I think you can't do it.
