Something that does this already exists. I think that it's called Memloader. I use it when i use TegraRCMGUI.

does it allow windows to read the sd card as a disk volume?
because all I've ever tried was to use memloader alongside hacdiskmount only

Yes, memloader + hacdiskmount allows to mount sd card or emmc as disk drive.

Still though, Atmosphere is nowhere to be seen yet in a release of any kind.
So certainly there is no "Atmosphere" in any party.

honestly right now we have reports of nintendo banning people just for using HB to backup save games, they might as well just allow it cus otherwise the switch will just be an emulation hardware...

even then it's not worth it to HB the switch cus a pi would allow you to do more emulation and has better emulators +hardware right now
