No, you use the address provided by this for your DNS because it should be your PC's IP. Your PC is effectively a DNS server now, and will act as a resolver that you have control over. Everything else in your network settings should be set to auto.
Ok, so i have change it but nothing happens, sorry for the problems, i'm a little bad with this
I change IP Address to AUTO, and i put Primary DNS like the photo, but the Secondary DNS i didn't know so i tried Secondary Google and also put the same address as Primary:

And get the following error in both options (the server didn't respond):

The program (the PC is connected via ethernet and also tried via WiFi):

So, i supose i'm doing something wrong but i don't know what thing it is.

I don't believe you use the IP address as Auto.
