Hacking Smash Bros Brawl works on one vWii but not another?

I have access to two WiiUs that I play regularly..

I wanted to be able to keep my Wii game saves, so I use Wiiflow and an Emunand on the WiiUs to play Wii games.


However, on one, I can't play SSBB. It'll get the the "Loading" screen... and never proceed any further.

It works on the other Wii U, and so far, all my other games work.

Any suggestions?

Could the laser be not reading second layer on SSBB disc? aka faulty laser on one of the WiiU's that wont read dual layer wii games?

are you using the disk, or trying from HDD

Playing from HDD, and the game itself plays just fine from disc.

Is you HDD powered from an external source, or from the USB port?

USB Y cable that I use both wiiU is the same.
