So we learned at the end of the finale that Polis crumbled into ruin, blocking acces to the Second Dawn bunker.
Clarke also survived thanks to nightblood and has found a girl (who is nightblood too) She also lost contact with Bellamy and the others.
Finally, we see a space ship with the label "prison ship" landing on the ground.
Who do you think is inside that ship?

Personally, I think they belong to the Second Dawn and they lived all this time on mars

Ship has prisoners/decendents on it, from a deep space minining colony. Small hints/easter eggs were dropped through season 4 (newspaper article mentioning contact lost with it, nightblood being developed to survive deep sleep/long travel times in space) and confirmed in a interview with the producer.

I hope Kane is dead or dies in Season 5, hate him so much. Always putting the coalition over his own people.
