Got a question for Gbatemp peeps... lets look at the facts upload it prior to release earn a gagillion
dollar fine or jail probably a fine...

Upload after the release date or on release date what then.... happens to the uploader this is nintys
mascot and baby...

All of the above are highly illegal so what is the big difference??? no don't tell me ninty's gonna let
it slide after the release date they would probably still call an upload a big loss and hunt down the
uploader.... Think about that for a while?????

My main point is which way is that going????? and a dump b4 or after the release date is probably
still a risk for the robin hood who shares the game....

That doesn't make it legal in the slightest. Still against EULA, and Ninty can still come after you as hard as they want.

This game seems... brighter than the first one. Clouds and sky in the opening and most of the worlds are also the same.

good thing i have 2 wii's just incase it needs an update. my brother told me a store by his home has it already. he ended up getting super street fighter instead =/ he said he would rather complete the first galaxy instead of jumping to the 2nd right away. i hope galaxy 2 has some very impressive moments that left me surprised like the original. i still think the first game is stunning but after the first play and getting all the stars you just don't get that ''wow'' feeling anymore

Well if its just installing 4.2 then your fine. If the game requires a new IOS to run then you will have to install that first which can be done safely using 1 of the many ways out there.

I suppose it depends on the country, here in Spain, private copy is legal. And having a "backup" site is legal unless you're making a profit from it

Called a shop today and they are receiving shipments tomorrow, so hopefully you all have a nice local shop that will break street dates.

With that said, with a soft modded wii, is there anyway to just put in a store bought copy and play using neogamma?

Compared to all the games they have released under their group name in the past this SMG2 is just a tiny drup in a bucket full of water.
