Take a look: It is XAW10022. So no. Its not hackable. According to:

Serials beginning with XAW1:
XAW1007800X and below are safe to buy
XAW1007900X and above not safe to buy, possibly patched
XAW1012000X and above definitely patched

3 or 4 months is a long time for stock turnover, especially with christmas coming soon.

I bought the odyssey model refurbished from Nintendo's website about a month ago, and I was able to hack it no problem. I'm not sure if Nintendo is able to patch any switches that are returned to them, but buying any older models from there may be your best bet

I have one of these bundles BNIB never opened or used. Comes with the Switch itself, dock, game (in code format), dark red joycons, and it is 100% patchable / unpatched. It is possibly running firmware 2.3.0 but at the very least 4.1 and under. PM me for more information.
