Teconmoon injector deleting second GC disc image after build

Teconmoon's VC Injector has been working great for me, but a weird thing has been happening were the second disc iso in two-disc games is disappearing. Here's an example with Killer7, but it has done it for multiple games:

- Select GC Retail Injection
- Select Killer7 (Disc 1).iso as Game
- Select Killer7 (Disc 2).iso in Optional Source Files tab (both .iso files are in same folder on PC)
- Build game

The game appears to build just fine, but when it's done, Killer7 (Disc 2).iso has vanished from the source folder. It isn't in the Recycle Bin or anywhere else on my PC. It's also done this, so far, to MGS Twin Snakes and Tales of Symphonia.

Anybody else dealt with this?
