I guess the closest thing to how I call them in Norwegian would be Mom/Dad. My grandparents on one side the closest thing is probably grandma/grandpa, but my grandmother on the other side I call something else which doesn't really have an equivalent in English.
Although I rarely call them specifically by any name these days.

nothing, i dont call them by name neither mum/dad, neither talk to them: i live by my own and i can stay awake even at 4am :D

Mom and Dad. Even call the in-laws that sometimes. My kids, even the older ones, call us Dada and Mama... just something that stuck from when the oldest was little.
