Bought and tried numerous Android music players and Rocket Player is by far the best the others don't even come close.
But that's not the built in player as I doubt that would have ads and IAPs.i always used the built in android player

Nope, I've just downloaded it, I definitely didn't have a music player like that before, it has ads and it asked for storage permission, something Google Play Music, my real default music player, wouldn't have done, for it's a system app with those permissions granted by default. It is, I don't have ads, it's a shortcut for the internal player
Oh dear, this is an ancient version from, like, Ice Cream Sandwich or earlier that isn't preloaded on phones anymore. (Based on the fact that my Chinese AOSP-running ICS tablet has it.)i always used the built in android player

It is an unofficial build (with changed package id, of course, and maybe a few tweaks - usually of the widget and/or notification) of the AOSP music app, com.android.music - there are a few ones, or if you want a 100% unmodified one you can find the package id I mentioned on f-droidNope, I've just downloaded it, I definitely didn't have a music player like that before, it has ads and it asked for storage permission, something Google Play Music, my real default music player, wouldn't have done, for it's a system app with those permissions granted by default.
By ‘Android's main player’ you mean the AOSP music player, which hasn't been updated since, like Android 2.1?I use the android's main player, but I also add an Equalizer to give it an UMPH to the sound.
What comes with it naturally. Not ones that are added to the phone. n No not that one pictured.By ‘Android's main player’ you mean the AOSP music player, which hasn't been updated since, like Android 2.1?
How is the battery life? Have you had to replace the battery yet?I use my Zune 120GB that I have had since High school, still works and kicks ass.
