It was a huge thing a few years ago but after it got revoked nothing changed. Why go through all the effort for nothing?

What was the point of revoking net neutrality?

Net neutrality promoted competition among broadband ISPs, and after it was repealed the biggest ones worked quickly to consolidate power. Now we've basically got only two major broadband ISPs in the US, assuming you don't want shitty unstable DSL anyway, and so these corporations got exactly what they wanted. No need to worry about throttling speeds for the smaller/local ISPs, because they no longer exist.
Until the de facto duopoly was in place, we didn't have data caps for home internet in my state. We do now though, courtesy of Comcrap.

I'll have to look into it, but I don't think any of the plans in my area offer unlimited data any more, only faster speeds.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
