I got a quick question: People seem to be very chilled about updating titles through the eshop. Does Nintendo really not ban NNIDs and if so, why can't they ban?

Hello. Does anybody found Super Mario 3D World, version EUR?
Because NEW-NUSGrabber not have it in its database, and already have seen on good page a version prepared for installation on USB
