Don't waste your time. OP is a disorganized kid. I offered my help and he ignored me after I mentioned that he could have at least declined instead of ignored me. Afterwords I got a message saying he wants my help, than the discord went down and he ignored both me and other users who asked what happened

He obviously bit off more than he could chew and can't handle the project and doesn't want too anymore

Honestly a better use of your time would be to take over the project for yourself if you really want to contribute

Okay! Ultra Moon Came Out Today,So CIAs Of It Should Be Coming Soon. We'd Need To Assemble An Actual Team First,Like Someone Could Edit Certain Textures,Someone Could Edit Story,etc.
I Can't Do Any Of That Since:1.I Don't Yet Have A 3DS. 2.I Have No Experiance With This Stuff. I Don't Even Know How To Use PK3DS.

This thing kind of fell apart before it even started.... No one was on the same page, some of us were finished with our "jobs" while others weren't making it a priority (meaning we either had to do more work, or keep telling people to wait, wait, wait for one 20 min episode). Not that I'm complaining about the team I'm just saying we had very little organization and everyone was just kind of doing there own thing and trying to smash it all together we were were at very different intervals in regards to the released episodes.

I'd like to try to do this again, but it needs a dedicated director with a team that has the free time/will to actually work on it. This is the reason none of these things every get completed. You can't promise/commit to a project if you're unwilling to devote the necessary time. All the "I'll get to it when I get to it, all for fun" rom hacks are never finished. Ever.
