Switch scene is dead no new homebrew , so boring, can't even find an exploit since 2018 scene deaďď
Atmosphere is already so well developed, as are a lot of applets, so I can't call the scene "dead". Atmo's still receiving updates, as is Hekate, and cheats are still being produced for new games, and game mods are still being made.

As for exploits, the problem (as I understand it) is that Nintendo patched the RCM exploit years ago by revising the console, and there haven't been any entrypoints as simple as that since. I'm sure people are still searching, but currently the most "accessible" option is to mod your console, unfortunately.
I mean, people found a 3DS entrypoint years after that was discontinued, and same for the Wii. For all we know, there might still be an entrypoint lying in wait, or a botched update might loosen the net enough for something to work. Who really knows right now?

As such, I wouldn't call the Switch scene "dead".

Bullshit. The switch scene isn't dead. But feel free to poke around to find a new exploit. Have fun with the security system of the switch. SciresM already posted about bugs on twitter. There are none atm.

Wow. Is this Nintendo's most secure console they've ever made?
I mean, the Wii Mini was difficult to hack, simply due to how much was stripped out of it - but people still found a way, over time. The Switch, however, has a lot more features and potential entrypoints, but nothing at all.

Good work Nintendo; give your programmers a raise.
And stop making it difficult to run CFW on your console, please!

On the latest commit of Atmoshpère a feature to mirror the bluetooth pairing database was added, that is a great news for syncing between emunand, sysnand and devices.

From the notes of commit:

A feature was added to optionally mirror the bluetooth pairing database to the SD card (thanks @ndeadly).
This facilitates the synchronisation of device pairings between sysnand and/or one or more emummc setups. Paired with Mission Control's bluetooth host address spoofing feature it could even be used to unify device pairings across multiple consoles or devices.
This is opt-in, and can be controlled by setting atmosphere!enable_external_bluetooth_db = u8!0x1.
When enabled, the pairing database will be synchronized to /atmosphere/bluetooth_devices.db.
This allows paired devices to be automatically kept in-sync across sysmmc/all emummcs.

Sorry the orthographic error is not mine :D

You can taste the saltiness of his words. So he bought a patched Switch, and he is too cheap to buy and install a modchip.
Way to assume u dumbass lmao, I have a a launch day switch. I'm posting that tge scene dead an no more exploit found. I'm disappointed the homebrew side of it is is basically dead, and don't tell me to learn to code I'm a user not a programner I look forwared to playing not codeing

If you have a V1 then there’s no compelling reason to worry about not having softhax. You already own the ultimate exploit so why would you care to comment about something you don’t need? Wait a second…hmmmmmm.

You have explored all the homebrew out there? I’ve been grinding on the regular and STILL find new stuff every day. There’s so much innovation out there it’s astounding, really. Not sure I could conclude the scene is dead.

Short question about adjusting the config for mods (LayeredFS)...
Here's the template:
https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/blob/master/config_templates/override_config.ini
I have this one section this way to have games start vanilla by default and only apply mods when holding L:
Code:
[default_config]
override_key=L
; cheat_enable_key=!L

How can I add certain games to that file for which I want to start with a mod by default?

This way?
Code:
[TileID of Mario Kart for example]
override_key=!L
; cheat_enable_key=!L
I don't think there is a way to make layeredFS not work other than removing it from contents, easy way to toggle is to rename the directory. The override_key is for hbmenu(or substitute). You choose between hbmenu and what Nintendo gave you.

I'm not talking exploit for me, in talking for new people being able to join tge scene which they can't easily do hence scene dead as no new devs can really do anything. And I seriousky doubt you're finding new homevrew every day lmao, and how much of this honebrew is actually usable or is it forks of a text editor or something lmao. Im talking good stuff like emulators or source ports, 4 or 5 hears ago we were getting so much like the quakes and RCT2 and gzdoom and now it's just meh

I see where the problem is. You’re right. The scene is dead. Enjoy.
