It seems that TX has found a way to modify the latest Switch consoles, including the newly released Lite

Since the new 'red box' Mariko units appeared, people have been asking when will it be possible to run CFW on it, well today MaxConsole was in touch with trusted TX reseller, that been given some advance news on a new solution that is coming soon, and that it infact works on all new Switch models, not just the 'patched' ones, but even the 'mariko', and 'lite' models as well, see below what they mentioned:

TX has recently taken the time to demonstrate to us some of their Work-In-Progress. Notably for 'patched' and 'mariko' units which is very advanced, and works flawlessly. We were not given a firm date or prices yet, but knowing TX we know the price will be very reasonable. We also saw early beta for Switch Lite console as well.

So that above is great news, and we will have more in the coming weeks, as we have requested to get an early sample from the trusted TX reseller, so that we can share more info with our loyal readers, on how TX's new solution works and what is involved and pics of course!

Even TX admins like Game_Over_Tom are supporting and saying this is real. If it turns out to be false (which I'm almost certain it is) then they're going to get poured down with bad PR.

Well I have a few unpatched units so it doesn't affect me personally, but if it enables some piracy for patched users and lite users then that's awesome.

Of course they support it because they are at the end of the chain and can't know they have been fooled.

I don't think that will have any effect whatsoever. It has been stated by TX themselves multiple times that their marketing and support front is not really in sync with the development side, so something like this can be easily brushed off as miscommunication.

However, if you think about it, the best course of action is to go along with the rumor, gain popularity around the Christmas season and keep indefinitely saying SOON like they've been doing thus far for patched units (which they once assured to be compatible with the existing solutions, then backpedaled in that post about the "unhackables" and finished it off saying they have another coldboot exploit).

Either way, there's no loss here for them. If they do have something, they will eventually want to sell it. If they don't have something they can just pretend until they do.

Didn't some other user claim he found an exploit on his switch lite? Asking if they should release it, give it to Nintendo or sell it to a dev. Then people advised he keep it secret until near eol so we could all enjoy it later. If this isn't some bullshit claim, and that thread op was legit, then my guess is mr.X reached out and paid him for his efforts.
