No. Our deal with the Taliban ensured they would not be targeting any Americans as they withdrew, which is exactly how things are going down. Therefore it was obvious who they would be targeting the moment we started pulling out: Afghan citizens, specifically civil rights advocates and those that assisted in US operations.Thats an emotional statement, right?
