Hacking Homebrew app Homebrew game Banner files (bootDRC.tex & bootTV.tex) Simply refuse to work

For about 2 weeks now, I've been trying to make a forwarder for Sonic CD with custom banners & icons & whatnot, yet the 2 aformentioned files consistently bug me. I tried packing them with NUSPacker, I tried verifying them with TGA Verify, I tried replacing them over FTPiiu, and I tried replacing them over FTPiiu then packing THAT folder with NUSPacker. So far, everything I've tried gives me this exact following error:

There is an error in the Software's data.

Restart the console, and then delete
the data for this software (except
downloadable content and save data) in
System settings => Data Management.
You can redownload the deleted software for free
in Nintendo Eshop​

I can't even find information about this error online. There's no error code, and It's only because of FTPiiu that I even know how to reproduce it. If it will help anyone, the .tga files I used are attached

Nah. The icon appears fine. The error pops up after clicking it

Do you have the data.rsdk version 3 in the right place?

Does it load the banners and go to a black screen or does it give the error I described?
