Yeah, I know someone (white) who used to live in Japan and they treated like shit. (This was probably about 10-20 years ago however, but I'd imagine the problems are still there as they are in the west.)

Actually being male and white is more of a liability these days than anything. You get screwed with job quotas even if you're the most qualified candidate. You don't get the sweetheart deals on collage entrance and student loans that non whites get. There's myriad programs and preferences you don't qualify for including small business loans and govenment contracts. Everyone knows that being born white in the western world is basically winning the lottery of life. But nowadays racism is very much a borderline issue - only the backwards retards who will never change their opinion, no matter what campaigns they are exposed to, are actually racist. From what I've read, Japanese opinion towards foreigners hasn't improved much.

Really the whole "racial privilege" is just if you're a minority in a country. It just so happens that the more powerful nations are predominantly white hence the term "white privilege".

In state Caucasians applying to popular colleges get sacked to the back of the line, behind out of state Caucasians, in state Blacks, and Out of state blacks. my sister applied for USC(University of south carolina) denied with a 3.8 GPA and near-perfect S.A.T scores because A black woman from North carolina applied with a 3.4 GPA And average S.A.T scores, We took it to court and guess what? They won because affirmative action is LEGAL,

TL;DR: Caucasians who live in the same state as their chosen college/university have a slim chance of getting in because of affirmative action.

• If you are a white adult, you are more likely than black and Hispanic adults to have college degrees and to own your own home.
• If you are white, you are less likely to live in poverty.
• If you are white, you are more likely to earn a higher wage than a person who sounds "black".
• If you are white, you are less likely to get stopped by police.
• If you apply for a home mortgage, you are half as likely to be turned down.
• If you apply for a job, you are more likely to receive a callback because of your "white name" than your black friend with a "black name".

Affirmative action exists to counterbalance these differences. Quit yo bitching.

So true I have a 87 average total for HS, and the Bill Gates scholarship they give you have to have a 90+ average, but if you are Black/Hispanic then you only need an 85+ average. Totally not fair, and the score they need to pass the mcat's is much lower then a white person needs.
