Hacking Cia runs in Gateway mode but not RXMode?

Hiya.

I just dumped a ROM of mine using 3DS Simple CIA Converter and rxTools. It runs when I open it from Gateway Emunand, but from rxMode it freezes on the Nintendo 3DS screen.

Any ideas?
