Gaming FFFFF RRoD

Two days ago I was playing Banjo Kazooie (XBLA) and suddenly my 360 RRoD'd on me. Dunno what the problem was... Any solutions?

If your console has been opened up and had the warranty invalidated use these videos to fix the RROD. If your console is legit however just send it to MS. My console RROD and I used this method to fix it, and it works like a dream, been almost a year now and still no return of RROD!

The second video is the main one to watch, and like I said it really worked for me, its a good permanent fix, unlike the towel trick and other crap!

It's legit still, but like it still works fine most of the time. It just RRoD's like every now and again since it happened.

Have you got enough free space on the hard drive to install the game to? It fixes all my freezing problems so might help with the random RRoD you're getting.

Ahh best send it off to MS, it will inevitably die completely at some point and you dont want that to happen when your warranty has expired!

Also are you sure it 3 rings its showing? Because 2 rings means overheating you know! I havent really heard of people getting 3RROD and then it going away all of a sudden!

That's what I was thinking... as far as I know, you don't just recover from RROD randomly.

Well after it happened, I put the 360 from laying down sideways to right-side up and RRoD's have never happened since.

mine did it
left it for a day, came back no RroD
played a few hours,
come back a few hours later turn it on, freezes during start up
turn it on again, RroD...

Sounds like your motherboard has warped a little, and when you moved it upright it must have gone back into place maybe. I really would send it back though, its a matter of time before it fails completely!
