Hacking Question Has anyone tried going and playing online after a NAND restore?

Hello all,
I’ve recently bought a switch and have installed CFW and have created a NAND backup.
Lets say I buy a game and go online after restoring my original NAND (assuming 7.0.0 was not released).
Lets say we still are on the latest firmware of 6.2.0.
So has anyone went online after a NAND backup and have not been banned.
There are always risks involved but just want to know if the general public has tried this?

I've gone to the eShop after restoring my nand and have not been banned.

Have you played online other than eshop any game?
like the nintendo switch online paid service and/or traded pokemon in lets go or played smash competitive? etc

That I haven't done yet but I think both eShop and online play are tied together no?

Maybe it is tied together and is referred to as online. But just need some confirmation to check if i ever bought games and be interested in them to play online.
