How to get Max Payne & other Android ports up and running?

So I have a Vita TV, and I have the homebrew browser installed on it, after downloading Max Payne and AM2R, I cannot start the app due to some missing plugins. After downloading plugin manager, and installing plugins, the games still do not start up.

Where am I going wrong here? Do I need to install the plugin into a specific place? Or did I just totally miss a step here?

I personally have never heard of Plugin Manager, you should try AutoPlugin 2 instead:

Or try installing the plugins yourself
