No.
Long answer: No fucking way.
Well let's go for the pedantic answer here.

Yes, assuming the OP is the one that uploads the contents of their Nintendo folder, redownloads it, and proceeds to move the game(s) to system memory via System Settings. There's always a way :tpi:

Noone uploads that, because it would be useless for most people. Switch reads games from cartridge or installed app. Installation generates own structure, cartridge has it's own structure.

NCA on it's own won't be read by using those 2 methods that are only available for now. There are functions that allows to run game from NCA directly (possibly even by streaming from PC, but it requires tool that will handle communication), but idk what you would need to do to make it work (you can find related functions in ldr, pgl, ns, i can't find now which service could mount "@sdcard").

Rule of thumb is: if it would really be that easy someone would've already thought of it (and likely would've shared this knowledge on the internet).

When you install a NSP it gets tied to your particular system. Uploading the folder is useless for anyone but the original folder owner. Other consoles can't read it. Maybe WAYYYY in the future in a ShowMiiWads fashion (OLD Wii method to install directly to EmuNAND from PC.) For now you can get SXOS and just put XCI files on your SD, or HDD or any other USB device. Even on the go. You can easily share your XCI folder....

Well I guess nobody should ask, wish or try to do something new then... :glare:
