games are locked to certain regions and only some games in pal play in 60hz most play in 50hz so you'll get a black screen or black and white if you use the region free settings and mess with the video patching settings you might be able to get it to boot.
For example I had this same problem with DBZ BT3 pal version it only displays in 50hz once I change a few video settings forced ntsc video with all video patching it booted properly also don't forget to install priiloader and turn on the region free system menu hacks to use region free settings on your whole system instead of a single software

What do you mean by that? In terms of Neogamma region free? Or priiloader region free? Err No..I am a doofus when it comes to this. Can you walk me through on how to have a perfectly working Neogamma that reads any backup (in terms of wii backups)

yes but there are multiple region free settings for priiloader

it will also be good to use neogamma's region free settings because neo gamma will catch a few out of region games that the priiloader hacks don't work on

uh sort of diverging off topic here. But if my supported write speeds are 4x-16x only can i still burn properly at 2x and 2.4x? Is read speeds and write speeds different?

if 4 is your lowest support use 4 when burning any thing to a disc you want to burn as slow as your drive possibly can

I personally don't know why your wasting discs for your games. usb loading is the way to go

Block online Updates
Block Disc Updates
Remove NoCopy Save File Protection
Region Free Everything
No-Delete
