I really don't think this is gonna get a release in English, mainly due to the fact that most otome games along with those based off of mangas and animes typically don't get an English release.

Just got dumped. Im guessing it wont be coming to the US, so a translation would be nice, expecially so we know where the objectives are and what spell sets we are learning.

It's part of the popular Ace Attorney franchise that has a huge fanbase, but apparently not a very marketable one. On the last Ask Capcom Christian Svensson said AAI2 isn't going to be localized, unfortunately. It's at 29:45 in the video. http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/13406869.
Since this is one of the only games we know for a fact isn't going to get localized and that has a big fanbase, I think a fan translation would be great.

Unfortunately, my Japanese skills aren't that great. I can understand most of the game but I wouldn't be of much help in an accurate translation. I haven't got much to offer here.
