On the Windows 7 machines, were they pre-installed, or did they come with Vista/XP/etc.

Laptop came with XP (2007 lappy)
UMPC came with Vista (2008)
Server PC, idk, it a collection of different parts salvaged from other PCs
All fresh installs tho, fuck upgrading.

Trying to get rid of Windows completely and get used to Linux (Mint).
It's not like I need to run bleeding-edge games, I have a 30 years of games I can enjoy without any slowdowns on my craptop.

Windows 7 on gaming PC
Marshmallow on phone

I had Windows 8 on my laptop, but when I used the two finger swipe on my touch pad, sometimes my touch pad would die, and force me to reboot. I tried everything to fix it, and said fuck it, and updated to 10. Windows 10 fixed the issue, no idea how, but I am happy!

Dual boot Windows 7 and Linux Mint. Windows 7 for windows compatible programs and because it is imo the best windows and Linux for all the Linux functions.
