I uploaded the fork on TitleDB but it doesn't show for some reason, but in the JSON that returns the API it has like 5 entries for freeShop

Wait a little while. It may be that there is a cache that needs to be rebuild/maybe the guy that runs TDB needs to verify these additions (to check that they aren't some cheeky fellow uploading warez).

how to update the freeshop from 2.2 , i have it on auto update but it still shows 2.2
Simply download the 3.0 .cia from the link on the OP here and install it ._.
Follow his words of wisdom. To explain why it has to be manually installed, arc13's version is separate from Cruel's so Cruel's version isn't able to autoupdate to arc13's.

Are you following all the instructions of the Dockerfile ?
Because I just compiled it like 3 hours ago successfully (Xubuntu 17.04 64bits)

    @Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here.

    I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
