Steam accidentally leaks Just Cause 4

In perhaps what could be considered to be a record-setting amount of leaked announcements, Just Cause 4 reaffirms its existence after the Walmart Canada upcoming games leak. Steam mistakenly has allowed an ad for the game to slip through before it could be officially confirmed next week. For those that logged into Steam during the timeframe it was up, an advertisement and snippet of artwork for the game was shown, though clicking it only redirected users to the Steam front page. We're highly likely to see gameplay and an official reveal during E3.

Really? I don't know what kind of sales it did, but it's way more fun to mess around in than most open-world games.
The problem with jc3 is that the whole campaign looks to be an afterthought, it feels like the game was meant to be coop or multiplayer only but then they backpedaled, although it is still a lot of fun thanks to its sandbox-y nature.

As far as I know, Just Cause has always been a goofy sandbox make-your-own-fun type thing. It's not about doing the campaign, it's about strapping rocket boosters to objects, tethering them to a car and see if you can get the car to hit the explosive silo.

Erm...doesn't that mean that Walmart leaked things? Or trolled things?

I mean...of course steam needs to look closely in what kinds of ads they allow, but if I compile a "Splatoon steam ad", submit it during the night shift at valve headquarters (assuming that's a thing in a multinational) and it gets displayed...you won't say that steam leaked the existence of a non-existent game, right? :P

Of course it is, although jc3 was really barebone on the campaign side of things.
