According to gamefaqs there are two versions of this game:
Legendz: Sign of Necrom (w/ Adapter)
Legendz: Sign of Necrom

If this is the dump of the one with the adapter then perhaps you need to somehow use the adapter to play the game?

most certainly it won't cause there's already been a previous version of this game [check the release list],that hasn't been translated, as a consequence it won't , most probably,be translated.

I seriously doubt there would be a US version,it's been released more than a year ago & none of the previous naruto games were translated !
