Welp my name is Malachi. While I have a history of names on other social medias, my main one will now be DragonMals. You've probably heard me as MaliDragon most, but my username is DragonMals and will always be. (except on Xbox where someone took my name and now I have a bunch of digits here and there)
I don't like to disclose my age because of my safety. However, you can possibly give a vague guess by how I speak to other people and how I've act online. I don't like it when people try to guess my age though unless it's important for a situation. I also don't like to give off my location, really. (to be honest I don't like giving a bunch kf styfd pole this so bear with me, I'm very sorry).
I don't have a job. However, I'm still in high school but I'm almost done with it. I'm more of a Retro gamer, playing all kinds of games from the Gamecube and GBA generation to the PS3 and Wii generation. However, I still play modern pc games and such to this day. I'm not the best when it comes to variety, and I'm always looking for others to help me expand my backlog of games to play in the future.
I've pretty much been pirating games all my life now, but at the same time, I do have legal copies of some games. The only reason I pirate is because most of the games I be looking for are mad expensive and most modern games (I don't even pirate but still) are wayyy too expensive to even get. I try to be legal, but in this era, it's a bit more difficult than I remember.
My favorite series is Metroid. While I haven't played all of the games (most notably Super, Dread, or any of the prime games as of making this post), I am fascinated by Nintendo's darker, more scarier direction at their ips more than anything else that they've made.
As for people I hang around with, I don't hang out with people at all as I have a long history of getting bullied and harassed by other people online and offline. However, I do wish I can hang around people that has some of the things I like while also having to be around someone that talks quite a lot, but also.... Kind of negative. I'm tyring my best not to be negative, but I have that from my father where it feels like I'm constantly negative. I want to improve on this badly.
Like you, I don't like liars or cheaters in competitive games. I only like cheaters when me and them are having fun lmfao (not in bad ways ofc)
Now if you're talking about how I've gotten here, I honestly just found D this site to be a good resource for helping out with hombrew stuff for the Wii, 3ds and such. But i still am too afraid to ask the problems that I'm having becsuse of the fact thst I'm very uneducated at modding and I don't want to brick my system by accidentally following the wrong persons' guidance. I stuck around because of the type of news that this place provides. News going on in the gaming industry, the "Underrated"-Ness of the platform, and just because. I'm not too much of a Fourm type of guy, but it's best to expand my horizons while I can. And how do I identify myself? As Mali/DragonMals. I'm a man, and fgats all you Nedd to know about me. While I appreciate people wanting others to know their pronouns and such, I believe that it's the person themselves that makes them who they are straight or not. If they want me to appreciate their pronouns, thsn go ahead, I'll do it. But I don't like the ones that'll point a gun at you and force you to remember it.
That's all I have to say though. I just hope that I don't have a bunch of people not liking me becsuse of the above post. But that's really something that I don't like, and if there's critism about it.... I'm ready to take in all on what you guys have to say about it.
Edit: People have been posting about all of the systems that they've have. I have all Nintendo consoles besides the virtual boy and regional exclusive ones, the model 1 Genesis, PS1-3, and that's it. I actually don't have anything in the Xbox's library except for my PC, which is an MSI Pluse Gl66 running Windows 11 Home. I don't play big games on it either.
Edit Edit: How can I possibly forget about my indie game and my obsession with the history of technology? For some strange reason, I'm veery fascinated by the history of old PCs and video game systems and even to this day still look at consoles that J nobody else talking about. To name a few, A'can, Pipin, and Play día. If you've heard of this and are fascinated by it history, then you're possibly a good candidate for being my friend or something cause I like talking about them even thought that they don't have revelance to this damn day.
