Games have their own unique encrypted Title Key located @ 0x1bf(16 bytes) in the ticket(cetk/tik).
It is decrypted(AES) with the common key (as key) and Title ID (as IV).

It's probably easier and faster to just extract the game with my tool since it verifies the H0 hashes so you can be 100% the game data is OK.
If any of the H0 hashes fail my program stops the extraction.

Personally I'm not interested in ISO dumps, but other things that could be possible if homebrew was available, region free, Wii U HDD fs decription, game mods, app mod, emulation. I guess if keys are in the wild out there "something" must be happening, maybe I'm just wishing too much

There's no reason to re-use a key. You'll probably see a new pressing of the same game/same region with a new title key as well. It's not like they are going to run out of keys for the next couple of billions of years. It's just that the supplied title key works with the image it belongs to.
