I've never had one of these chairs, but I imagine them as the equivalent of bean-bags with speakers. How comfy are these things?

I had one at one point, although it wasn't Mario themed. It's usually got hard spots in all the worst places, although it rocks, which can be a very nice way to stim.. although I'd just rather play games in a wooden rocking chair.

They're pretty bad. No ergonomic support in any form. Beanbags are infinitely more comfortable.
