Xbox 360 RGH Aurora - how to reset?

I just bought my first Xbox360 and im going to give it as Christmas gift for some kid.
How to factory reset console without losing Aurora? Last owner left his all profiles and demos (demos are in original xbox menu). I tired google with no luck.

additional questions:
Does temperatures on photo are fine? I played for some time and then was in menu for like 10 mins and temps seems to be high. Im IT guy, does replacing thermal paste on xbox slim is easy job? How to fix no cover photos in Aurora? What is XellLunch?

Definitely remove the picture of your keys in xell, that's important to you and the future owner... not the entire web.

EDT: Just delete profiles and profile gamesaves. Xellaunch is for setting behaviors and extra features like custom boot animation, and stealth servers, etc...

    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

    Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
