The only executable that is needed is SeriousSam.exe it will be the only application to convert. Btw for sound and gfx you will need to convert it.
The game's gfx is mainly OpenGL but it should have still d3d wrappers I guess.

Adding VLC Media Player to the list now.Some sort of improved web browser with more html support, whatever it may be would be amazing (don't know of any specific ones for weaker devices)
Also improved media player with mkv and subtitle support, again don't enough to know what would be feasible, something like vlc maybe?
Is Brutal Doom even open source? If not, it ain't gonna happen.
