There has only been 1 brick so far and it was user error

Still says success.. It's been going strong for like 4, 5 minutes.
Tried moving my stick and the ps3's frozen.

Is it normal for the exploit to fail a number of times? I got "SUCCESS..." twice, but both times the console just froze, so I waited 15-20 minutes and turned it off.

Yes. It's taken some people upwards to 30 times.

The next iteration should make this more reliable

Not necessarily but it has to be on there before plugging it into the PS3.

Yeah, had to figure out myself where the URL bar is (literally bought a ps3 this afternoon and plugged it in a hour ago) and how to install a cfw though

you can send it to a company on ebay that does reballing for for $50.


use multiman or webbman to load your ps2 iso files for a external drive or internal hdd.

I ended up tossing it out. Had to reflow the solder twice. I was just tired of messing with it. I might pick up another one, just for the sake of hacking.
