@AKNES, hello there, @shay-shay made me to realize about a Bug on most recent KK3 firmwares:

In order to reproduce the bug, you need:
  • Upgrade the firmware to 3.2 or 3.3 from any lower one.
  • Turn on the controller.
  • Put the controller on Switch mode
  • Press [Settings] + [Left D-Pad] to change RGB mode to any mode beside default one.
  • Turn off the controller
  • Turn on the controller with any button, after the self test ends, the RGB comes back to default setting: sticks blue steady and logo white
In order to be able to setup RGB mode and the mode stays, you need to change the RGB setting while you are on XInput, Android or KK3 Adapter mode at least one time then you can go to Switch mode and henceforth the changes of the RGB settings on Switch mode stays.

This bug is present on firmware 3.2 and 3.3.

Please can you talk with Gulikit support, my last e-mails has not been answered on 1 month ;( (may be by the holidays)

P.D. My original question: "There is any way to restore the controller to a factory state? no just the buttons settings (settings + minus), but erase all pairings, and AGP, erase everything and leave the controller like you are unboxing it." thanks.

One is that pairing information and APG settings cannot be deleted by resetting, and the other is that the RGB settings in different modes are out of sync?
Yes sir, in summary are those two problems. well a one problem and a question.

Maybe I thought you were updating the firmware list before, so I just ignored the content and didn’t read it. I’m sorry!
I have submitted feedbacks to GuliKit and I am waiting for a reply and will get back to you later.
Thank you for your feedback:grog:

Hello,
Regarding the issue of controller reset, GuliKit said that on the latest firmware, reset can also clear APG content and pairing history. You can try it.
In addition, regarding the setting of RGB lighting, on the latest firmware, GuliKit said that after their testing, the problem you mentioned will not occur. Can you record a video of the problems you encountered on the latest firmware for me?

OK, took me a while but here are the steps to reproduce the bug on my controller:

First, Downgrade the controller to firmware 3.1, so we can test the old LED settings, and trigger the bug, because the bug happens only after Upgrade to firmware 3.2 or newer.

Verify the controller is on firmware 3.1

Test old LED Settings:

Now, Upgrade to 3.5

And test what the controller is on firmware 3.5:

With the subtitles, the comparison of different modes, and most importantly, your sexy big hands, I can clearly understand the problem you want to express.
