I'll give it a go and test on both MingW and MSVC. :)

i could pass a savefile if you want, one where you probably get 100% speed (simple area and you can walk in a straight line to test performance/pacing
and one with a heavy load (where i do not get full speed with an i7 4720HQ@3.2GHz)

easier testing that way, since the beginning of the game does not do the performance justice.

    edit: http://www.mediafire.com/file/0bmqehx7azowb74/0018f800.zip

here is the save file, for people who want to test it as well (extract the folder, then place it in user> sdmc > nintendo 3DS > 0000000000000000000 > 0000000000000000000 > title> 004000 >

Thank you. I'll just wait for my download from eShop. Slow net.

BTW. The game is 1.5GB(according to Nintendo Everything) and Pokemon games are around 2-3GB. What kind of dumb logic is this? Lol.

One build can fix Certain Nit issues in games, Other fixes the Framepacing , So the two will have to be Separate builds.

It's really a very/very odd Core timing issue, either braking one with games are fixing the other.

One regarding "Alola Photo Club" fix, and other Ben 10 Galactic Racing speed up Without really speeding up the FMV weird lol.

That build still has the FramePacing issue.
You should use Bravely Default to test that!
(30 FPS is okei, more than 30 FPS = issue)

    Anyway, for Pokemon is perfect!
Having upscaled lines is WAY MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE than not having them at all or with strange effects.

Odd. While testing 7th Dragon III Code VFD on both MingW and MSVC, both builds have those FPS issues.

I have a feeling that the FPS thing have something to do with framepacing repo. Better wait for a fix of that?

    Add more detail:
Other games like Smash or Pokemon have their FPS accurate. But however, Minecraft New 3DS seems to have that inaccurate FPS. Got 100% Speed and 12FPS at one point.

Pretty much sure that it's broken perhaps?
Anyways, I hope that they will fix it(programmer of the framepacing).

Can one of you make a build that has the audio engine always running at 100% speed? not really sure what needs to be changed to do that, i just want to test something.

mingw would be my preferred build, but i will keep testing the others as well, if it is fixed in the general builds you don't have to build a separate build anymore.

Because of the kind off hack I use, it just won't, so i just need to replace the code with original code, and that's it.

:wtf: , if your thinking off "Merged: MerryMage: audio_core: Remove global state" that's pre-merged into canary and my build.

I use your last rev , when i play professor Layton Aslant , after playing like 20 minutes , when you have 2 or 3 characters at screen , there is a slowdown. Strange because if you stop emulator and restart your savegame , the same scene is ok without slowdown.

    Any Ideas?

I noticed something with citra when it compiles shaders their is sometimes a hiccup that is very noticeable in the audio, while the game runs at 100% 99% of the time these hiccup are kinda distracting and was wanting to have a build that had that audio ignore the game speed like when the audio core was first implemented.

    No but here you go..

They removed the code some time ago no idea why.. it's only very two lines, So easy re-add and compile, I can only do it in Mingw though, unsure how msvc is done.

Let us know of any .dll issue ?, I cannot test it as my CPU don't support it and just crashes.

(Note) Your old .dlls replacement might be OK too
